Prices for older flats and semi-detached houses rose gradually throughout the country during the April-to-June period, according to Statistics Finland. Meanwhile prices for new homes declined slightly.

In the second quarter, prices paid for older apartments and rowhouses nudged upward by 1.8 percent compared with the previous quarter.
